Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging and innovative lesson plans that cater to the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children 6 weeks old to 5 years old.
Utilize a diverse range of instructional strategies to effectively meet the individual learning needs of all students.
Collaborate closely with parents to ensure transparent communication and active involvement in their child's educational journey.
Implement and uphold effective classroom management techniques that foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Participate enthusiastically in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
Organize and oversee educational field trips and extracurricular activities to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and make necessary adjustments to teaching strategies.

We are looking for a motivated individuals who love working with children of all ages. Someone who is flexible and can be a team player. Looking for someone who is Lead qualified or is willing to be Lead qualified. Fingerprinting is required for this job as well. CPR and First aid training and certification a plus.

In the teaching position, you will be required to create and execute lesson plans as well as follow a daily schedule.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Meet the requirements for a lead teacher position.
Must have CDA or looking to take some classes in Early Childhood Education.
